What would you say to someone looking to join the team at EML? I made the decision to apply for a role at EML just over 10 years ago when someone recommended it to me. At the time I thought it was a short-term role while I figured out what I wanted to do long term and I have not looked back. You are joining both an industry and an employer which ticks all the boxes from support and development to culture and a strong reputation for both people and performance. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is passionate about our purpose.
