High performance fun! We choose to show up each day in a way that is respectful and supportive of each other. We challenge the status quo to get great outcomes and the team are always willing to go the extra mile. We also love to have fun and celebrate the wins along the way.

How do you live the EML Way and what does it mean to you?
The EML way encompasses everything I have loved about working at EML. From how we interact internally, to the determination to do the best we can for our customers. I often talk about the EML Family and the EML way to me breaks down our day-to-day actions that gives our culture this feeling.

I’m currently a Manager in Recovering Independence, with five teams reporting to me. Through the course of any given day I work closely with my leaders to ensure we’re overcoming barriers and roadblocks to achieve the results that we need to while maintaining the right balance of fun, enjoyment and fulfillment in our team environment. The culture and people. The EML Way and our values underpin this and set the foundation for our team environment, there is always someone there to have a laugh with and to support you through any challenges you may face. I’ve made lifelong friends as part of this journey and it’s the working relationships I have made over the last 10 years that have grounded me at EML.

What would you say to someone looking to join the team at EML?
I made the decision to apply for a role at EML just over 10 years ago when someone recommended it to me. At the time I thought it was a short-term role while I figured out what I wanted to do long term and I have not looked back. You are joining both an industry and an employer which ticks all the boxes from support and development to culture and a strong reputation for both people and performance. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is passionate about our purpose.
